After searching for the perfect place to have Junkin’ in the Hood, we have been offered the opportunity to combine efforts with the First United Methodist Church at 301 Loop 567, Granbury Texas just 1/2 mile from our original Junkin’! The dates are March 16th & 17th from 9:00am to 5:00pm!
The FUMC is located between Hwy 51N and Loop 567 and is visible from both roads! It has room for growth and excellent spaces for vendors…..on concrete! There is also the opportunity for vendors to be inside if they only need a small space. Rain will not effect this amazing community event. There are several acres for shoppers to park.
If you are interested in becoming a vendor for this event contact:
Joni Berry at 817-219-4859 …..email@example.com

Bless you all,
We are so thankful our customers choose to share their event photos with us! Below are just of a few of the recent photos we LOVE from some of our most recent events at Warrens Backyard.
What an amazing New Years Eve party we had with great friends and new found friends! The evening began with drinks and BAMMM DJ and Photo Booth taking group pictures. The caterer, Boo-Rays of New Orleans located in Weatherford Texas is preparing their exceptional Cajun cuisine serving crawfish fondue, blackened tilapia and chicken, Cajun vegetables and the finishing touch of Bread Pudding with bourbon sauce, Cream Brulee’ and Pecan Pie! Wow! Bammm DJ, Mark Apodaca playing some dancing music until the headliner, Josh Ward performs at 9:00.
Now its time for the band. Great friends, Jimmy and Michelle Shelton and Jimmy and Tammy Roark believe in Josh and what he represents. Without these 2 couples, it would have been difficult to have him at Warrens Backyard. Josh Ward played some amazing Texas Country Music and the crowd went crazy dancing and shooting photos of this up and coming band! Josh is a huge Keith Whitley fan and plays what he calls “real country music”. You must check him out at www.joshwardmusic.com and on facebook…….
Now it is 11:00 and time for a firework show provided by Brad Snyder. Normally his production is about 30 minutes but with temperatures in the teens, the 15 minute show was perfect. Now it is time for champagne and black-eyed peas at midnight! As we watched the countdown on the TV, some of the guys shot confetti canons in to the air inside the barn! What a great photo opportunity and everyone was really surprised!
Thank you to everyone who ventured out in the chilling temperatures to make some great memories with us! I’ll never forget 12-31-2017!
Over 20 years ago, our family was searching for land to raise our children in a country setting. Steve was placed on a benefit golf team with Warren White, from that day an instant friendship began to develop between Steve and Warren. Warren owned several beautiful wooded acres and sold a few acres to us. It was the most beautiful place we had ever seen!
Warren and his wife Dee would spend many hours telling us stories of the three generations of his family that have lived in the home. That’s right! His grandfather, father, Warren’s parents and Warren are the only people who have lived in the carriage style home as well as the only people to raise cattle and farm the land.
For many years, Warren and Dee have shared their wish with us of not wanting the house to be torn down if they should have to move. He knew the love Joni had for the home and tree shaded land along with her dream of sharing this charming place with others.
February of 2015, the dream became a reality.
Warren sold this amazing picturesque property so we could keep the history alive! Warrens Backyard’s name came from Warren and his love for the beautiful landscaped and tree covered haven. It was a memorable and relaxing place for he and his wife Dee.
Now it’s time for others to feel the relaxation and make beautiful memories! Having a stress free wedding, event, reunion or corporate event is our mission! Write your own story by contacting Warrens Backyard for your next special occasion.
We’re waiting on your call!
Nestled just a quarter miles from the beautiful Lake Granbury, Warrens Backyard is a 22-acre, rustic oasis. The Warren Ranch was first established in 1872, with the carriage style home constructed in 1892. What makes this 100+ year home even more special, is that is has been carefully lived in, loved on and cared for by three generations of the Warren-White families. This historic home is surrounded with large, sprawling Oak trees and an amazing Pecan orchard planted by none other than Warren White and his grandfather.
Steve and Joni Berry are humbled and honored that Warren himself trusted them enough to carry on the legacy of his families home by turning it into a venue people could enjoy for years to come.
Boomer’s Bar was the next project the list! Those who knew Warren best called him “Boomer” thanks to his monster drives on the golf course. This home had always served as a meeting place with generations of memories, laughs and special occasions. Naming the bar after Boomer seemed liked the perfect way to honor his legacy.
Constructed by friends and family, we couldn’t be more proud of this little gem. There were some laughs and a few beverages along the way, but we know the Warren-White family would love it.
In November 2015 it was time for another project! This 60’x70’ covered barn helps take the unpredictable Texas weather out of the event planning occasion. Whether shading your from the heat, protecting you from a Texas rain or avoiding the coldest Texas night, the barn serves as a perfect setting to enhance your event.
We are slowly beginning to makeover on the 100+ year old carriage house. To ensure the Warren-White family legacy lives on, we are taking each project in stride to make sure it’s perfect! Stay tuned for more updates.
